Mesh: inspection under a stereoscope certifies that it is a polyester monofilament mesh, with mesh openings of 150, 300, or 500 microns, depending on the model.
Dimensions: truncated cone structure, 30 cm mouth x 15 cm base x 40 cm depth, with edges reinforced with 1” webbing.
Frame: made of double 1” x 1/8” aluminum flat bar to protect the mesh from wear during sampling.
Handle: cylindrical aluminum handle, 35 cm long and 2.5 cm in diameter.
